The healing power of honey

Pure honey helps protect and restore the nasal mucosa. Its low pH and high sugar content create an environment that inhibits bacterial growth while promoting faster wound healing. This natural barrier also helps maintain optimal moisture, which supports the regeneration of dry or broken skin inside the nose.

Note: A mild stinging sensation may occur briefly after application. This is normal and related to the natural properties of honey.

When to use NasuMel

NasuMel is suitable for a range of nasal complaints, including:

  1. Small wounds, scabs or fissures in the nose.
  2. Due to frequent nose blowing, picking, allergies, nasal sprays, drug use or post-surgical care (e.g. after rhinoplasty).
  3. Sore, dry or crusting nose.
  4. Often linked to colds, hormonal changes, dry air, CPAP therapy, or oxygen use.
  5. Irritated or inflamed nasal mucosa.
  6. Triggered by allergens (dust mites, pollen, pets), medication use, or environmental factors.
  7. NasuMel helps to prevent crust formation and supports the natural healing process of the nose.
