NasoFree Nasal Rinse with Xylitol

Effective nasal rinse with xylitol for chronic sinus care

NasoFree Nasal Rinse with Xylitol is specially developed for effective cleaning of the nose and sinuses. This nasal rinse combines sodium chloride, sodium bicarbonate, xylitol and peppermint oil to help flush away mucus, allergens, dust and other irritants from the nasal passages.

The saline nasal rinse helps loosen thick mucus and soften crusts, supporting clearer breathing and improved nasal comfort. The added xylitol is specially included for people with chronic rhinosinusitis (chronic sinusitis). Scientific research has shown that xylitol can help break down bacterial biofilm, which may support better control of chronic sinus symptoms.

Using the NasoFree nasal irrigation system with gentle positive pressure helps cleanse both the nose and upper sinuses more effectively than standard nasal sprays alone.

What is a nasal irrigator and how does it help?

The NasoFree nasal irrigator is a soft squeeze bottle designed for nasal irrigation. It delivers the saline solution through the nose using gentle positive pressure, helping the rinse reach both the nasal passages and upper sinuses for effective cleansing.

Nasal irrigators are also commonly referred to as a neti pot, nasal rinse bottle or squeeze bottle, depending on the design.

When used correctly, nasal irrigation (nasal wash or sinus rinse) may help to:

  • Flush away excess mucus
  • Remove allergens, dust and irritants
  • Cleanse the nose and upper sinuses
  • Support the natural clearing function of the nose
  • Help nasal sprays reach clean nasal passages more effectively

Many people use nasal rinsing during colds, allergy seasons or as part of their regular sinus care routine to help keep the nose clean and comfortable.

How to use NasoFree

Prepare the solution

  • Empty one sachet of nasal saline (with xylitol) into the nasal irrigator
  • Fill the bottle with distilled or previously boiled, lukewarm water (maximum 37°C)
  • Allow boiled water to cool to 37°C or below before use. Always check the temperature before rinsing

Note: Please read the full instructions for use before use.

Shake before use

  • Shake the nasal irrigator well so that the saline and water are fully mixed
  • Keep your finger on the cap while shaking
  • Lean forward over a sink and place the nozzle into one nostril at an angle (approximately 45°)
  • Gently squeeze the bottle

Rinse gently

  • Gently squeezing the bottle helps prevent the solution from entering your throat. If this happens, it is not harmful and you can spit it out
  • The solution may flow back through the same nostril (in case of severe blockage) or through the other nostril. Always keep the other nostril open and do not block it

Blow your nose

  • Blow your nose gently. Any remaining solution and loosened debris will come out
  • Repeat the process for both nostrils until the bottle is empty

  • Sinusitis (rhinosinusitis)
  • Airway allergy to grass and tree pollen, house dust mites and/or animal dander
