ISDIN Ureadin Ultra 30 Exfoliating Cream is an intensive moisturising and exfoliating cream designed for thickened, rough and hardened skin. Its formula with 30% Urea ISDIN® helps reduce thickened skin through its exfoliating action, while intensely hydrating and helping restore the skin barrier.

At a 30% concentration, Urea ISDIN® provides a pronounced keratolytic/exfoliating action, helping reduce the build-up of thickened skin and improve skin texture. Urea also has moisturising properties, helping increase water retention and support the skin barrier. The training deck classifies urea concentrations between 10–30% as suitable for both moisturising and keratolytic purposes.
The full formula in the deck also contains ingredients including dimethicone, arginine, lactic acid and allantoin, although the product's supported claims centre primarily on the action of Urea ISDIN®.
